Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Roha IT Solutions ("we", "us", "Roha IT") operates rohait.com and the products listed in our portfolio. We are a software studio headquartered in the Washington, D.C. metro area. You can reach our team at support@rohait.com.
2. Scope
This policy covers personal information collected by the rohait.com marketing site, the inbound voice agent at +1 (240) 290-4636, and email correspondence with our team. Each product in our portfolio (RohaChart, QuicPass, RohaVerify) ships with its own privacy notice that governs in-product data; those notices control where they conflict with this one.
3. What we collect
- Contact information you choose to share via email, phone, or the voice agent — name, email, phone number, and the message you want us to respond to.
- Voice agent transcripts generated by our automated phone line. Audio is processed in real time and is not retained after the call ends; structured lead information (name, contact, topic) is.
- Server logs from rohait.com and the voice agent infrastructure: IP address, request path, user agent, and timing. Retained for 14 days for security and reliability investigations.
- No web tracking: rohait.com does not set cookies, does not include any analytics or advertising scripts, and does not load third-party trackers.
4. How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about the topic you raised.
- To improve our products and our outreach materials.
- To meet our legal obligations and protect our systems.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
5. Service providers
We use a small number of vendors to operate the site and the voice agent. Each acts only on our instructions:
- Amazon Web Services — site hosting (S3, CloudFront), voice agent compute (ECS Fargate, ALB), and DNS (Route 53). Data is processed in the United States (us-east-1).
- Twilio — inbound phone number, call routing, and Media Streams transport.
- OpenAI — real-time speech-to-text, language understanding, and speech generation for the voice agent. Audio is streamed for processing and is not used to train OpenAI's models under our API terms.
6. Your choices
You can email support@rohait.com at any time to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We respond within one business day in normal circumstances and within thirty calendar days at the latest. California, Colorado, and Virginia residents have additional rights under their state privacy laws; the same email address is the way to exercise them.
7. Children
rohait.com and the voice agent are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Security
How we secure our systems is documented separately on our Security page. Material changes to that page are summarized in this section within thirty days.
9. Changes
We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes. For material changes that affect how we handle personal information, we will additionally notify recent contacts by email.
